Conference Venue

The conference venue is located on the fringe of Melbourne's CBD. The venue, Rydges on Swanston Street, is ideally located for meetings, conferences, seminars and training sessions. The surrounds of the hotel has a wide selection of restaurants for all budgets and palate. The hotel is also within close proximity to car parks, trains trams, buses and taxi ranks. It is also a short stroll to the city centre.

Getting Here

From Tullamarine Airport, the conference venue is about half an hour (20km) ride. Travel along the Tullamarine Freeway and turn left onto Flemington Road. Turn left at Grattan Street, right at Swanston Street and right again at Lincoln Square North. Rydges on Swanston Melbourne is on your right.

A taxi is approximately AUD $45 - $50. Shuttle service is approximately AUD $16 one way or AUD $26 return (40 minutes) and will take you to the CBD. From the CBD - just 1.5km north. Travel along Swanston Street and Rydges on Swanston is on your left. A taxi is approximately AUD $8.00 and a five minute drive.

Alternatively, delegates can consider hotels in the located in the CBD, where there are a wide range of selections. Most hotels in the north of the CBD or in the Carlton area will provide a short walking distance to the conference venue. The month of November in Melbourne is when spring comes to an end, so the weather is usually ideal for walking.
